Compliance

  • Processing and obtaining ESIC Registration Number (Code Number)
  • Processing and obtaining ESIC Sub Code registration of branches the company PAN India
  • Online registration (generating) E-Pechan Card (TIC) of all coverable Employees.
  • Checking the Deduction of ESI Contribution of each coverable employee on the basis of the Salary forwarded by the Company on Monthly Basis.
  • Tabulating Monthly Challans as per the Calculations.
  • Filing of E.S.I.C Challans every month, for the amount due under the act.
  • Maintenance of Accident Register.
  • To fill accident report and submit the same to E.S.I Authority, in case of accident of any employee, while on duty.
  • To attend ESI INSPECTION (CASE), held by Social Security Officer (SSO) (ESI Authority) as and when he visits for verification of E.S.I record
  • Drafting Reply and making Correspondence to all the Letters/Notices issued by the Department.
  • Co-ordination with the ESIC department in employee’s Maternity benefit, Death case, Accident Case, funeral expenses.
  • Guidelines and counseling of any Amendment/Notifications/ Circulars and implantation of the same.
  • Any other matter pertaining to E.S.I. work.
